Union Park is a unique creative office & retail environment located in Historic Oak Park. No distracting co-working spaces. This is grown up stuff (sort of). It's time to get out of the house, get your own private office, reclaim your productivity and get back to work!

Oak Park where Broadway, 34th Street and 2nd Avenue meet.
Surrounded by everything you need: coffee, restaurants, post office, shopping, parks and whatever you will add to the neighborhood!

This is a place for makers and thinkers to come together to collaborate on the rooftop decks, large central grove, restaurant patio or simply work in their private office or retail space.

Our spaces range from a single 8'x20' office or retail to a 20'x40' office or restaurant and everything in between.
All spaces include the use of community conference room, rooftop decks and shaded courtyard for any events you may dream up. Also, most spaces include free electricity, water, sewer, wifi, janitorial services, landscaping and trash services.
